English Typing (225 words)
Correct Words/Minute → Marks:

Key Rules & Notes

Negative Marking

Wrong answer in MCQ deducts 20% of marks per question. No marks deducted for unanswered questions.

Answer Format

MCQ answers must use CAPITAL letters (A, B, C, D). Small letters or other symbols will be considered invalid.

Language Policy

Written exam can be answered in Nepali or English. Both languages are accepted for all subjects.

Phase Progression

Only candidates who pass Phase 1 (Written) advance to Phase 2 (Practical + Interview). No calculator allowed in MCQ.

Law Amendments

Any laws, acts, rules, or regulations amended up to 3 months before the exam date are included in the syllabus.

Separate Answer Sheets

Paper I and Paper II have separate answer sheets. Both exams occur on the same day.
